Hi, i’m Ingrid Burger! I am studying UX / UI Design at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
As an aspiring UX/UI designer, I am working in and out of the classroom to hone my skills. Through my time at Drexel University, professional experience, and personal projects, I have gained experience in web authoring, experience design, interaction design, graphic design, computer programming, user research methodologies, and design thinking.
With a fine arts background and a technical education, I merge creative explorations with practical design. I am passionate about creating user experiences that are both beautiful and functional. The intersection of aesthetics and purpose pushes me to constantly look for new ways to execute ideas in my vision.
My creative side takes many forms, from painting and drawing to sewing and jewelry making. I love exploring new artistic mediums with chainmail-making being my latest fixation. I'm also a self-taught nail artist and working on web / graphic design for two magazines, Spell Magazine and Patchwork Zine. When I'm not creating, I'm exploring, whether that means hiking local trails or working towards my goal of visiting every National Park (nine down so far!).

I’d love to hear from you! Whether it’s about a project, a collaboration, or just to say hi, feel free to drop me a message. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
